The AAM Mentoring
Program seeks
- young or
less-experienced church musicians,
- musicians
new to the Episcopal Church,
- musicians
in their first professional appointment, or
- persons
who wish to increase their skills
Who will
- determine
in conversation with clergy or director of music whether this program would be of value
- meet with
a mentor
- together
with the mentor assess skills and abilities
- mutually
establish goals and objectives
- enter into
a covenant relationship for 6-9 months, which will include site visits, regular communication, and suggestions for further
professional development.
