Exhibitors wishing to attend Conference events must either register for the Conference or individual days but may do so at the member rate.
An exhibit booth costs $300 and includes one table (6’x2′) and one chair.
Additional tables (maximum of 4 total) may be purchased for $100 each.
Exhibits will be in the Universe Room of The Marquette Hotel located on the 50th Floor of the IDS Tower.
Exhibit space will be available for set-up from 11:00 am on Sunday, June 9, and must be broken down by 11:00 am on Thursday, June 13.
While there are no dedicated exhibit hours on Wednesday, June 12, exhibitors and registrants will have access to exhibit tables if desired.
Tables will be clothed in white linen.
The hotel does not own pipe & drape equipment.
Wi-Fi in the exhibit hall upon request. Please indicate your need on the registration form and we will provide wi-fi to your table without charge.
A limited number of electric outlets are available for an additional $25 and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Exhibitors who purchase access to electricity may bring their own power strip. Extension cords must be laid by the Hotel at an additional cost. Contact Lance Vo for pricing.

All sound-generating displays must employ headphones.
Table assignments are not made until full payment is received. Your payment and completed form must be received by May 1, 2024 in order to guarantee exhibit space.
Cancellations requested in writing prior to April 15, 2024 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after that date.
The individual exhibitor shall obtain and keep in force during the term of the installation and use of the exhibit premises policies of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance and contractual Liability Insurance insuring it for $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for personal injury and property damage and, if requested, provide to AAM evidence that such insurance is in effect for the period of the Conference.

The Conference's Exhibit Hall will be on the 50th Floor of the IDS Tower, the tallest building in Minneapolis. In addition to panoramic views of the city, exhibitors receive a 20% discount on sponsorships in the Conference Program Book.
