  • What do you believe especially qualifies you and your institution to mentor a church music intern, and what sets your institution apart from others?
  • Please enumerate and describe both active and passive means by which you commit to mentor your intern, should you be granted the award.
  • Please explain your vision/goals for how an intern experience with you and at your institution will benefit the Intern and, ultimately, the Church. Additionally, please explain how you will assign and monitor the intern’s duties in order to provide growth and learning opportunities without creating an overload?
